Business Formation - LLC, INC.

When I first wanted to start my business, I knew I did not want to be a sole proprietor for liability reasons. LLC’s are, and have been my personal choice for about 90% of the businesses I start. I’ve used many services in the past before I began to do them on my own without a service. If this is your first time starting a business and need some guidance, after you speak to your CPA or tax advisor, I highly suggest using a service to walk you through the process.
